Hi First name,
Thank you for your continued interest in Unicoin!
I’m pleased to share that the largest crypto industry association supported our Motion to Dismiss the SEC case initiated by during their notorious War on Crypto:
At WarOnCrypto.us, you can also find detailed information on why the SEC is still pursuing its lawfare against Unicoin. Let me just mention a few relevant facts:
-
SEC Commissioners almost always approve the Division of Enforcement’s recommendation. So, Genser’s team had their lawfare against Unicoin rubber-stapmed by the Commissioners last May, a month before Paul Atkins became the Chairman.
-
Our request for a meeting with the SEC’s Crypto Task Force was denied.
-
Federal rules prohibit us from communicating directly or indirectly with the SEC Commissioners or their staff.
-
In short, there’s no way for us to bring to the Commissioners’ attention the absurdity of the situation in which their employees is continuing with the dirtiest of the War of Crypto persecutions.
-
This case against Unicoin is so crudely fabricated that it’s likely to become the most embarrassing story of the SEC’s War on Crypto.
-
I’ve won all five of my previous litigations against the federal government, and I intend to make it “six out of six”.
-
If I were willing to be bullied by corrupt officials, I could have stayed in Russia instead of putting a million-dollar bounty on Putin when he launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
-
In the 1990s, a U.S. immigration court granted me asylum specifically for fighting corruption in Russia. That fight cost me my fortune, which was one of the largest in Russia. But I don’t regret my choice.
-
So, I refused to engage in Settlement talks offered by Gensler’s enforcers. I intend to expose their conspiracy in court and seek compensation for the damages they inflicted on our shareholders.
-
Conspiracies thrive in darkness, so I will continue my efforts to inform legislators and Administration officials about the ongoing conspiracy to destroy the most compliant cryptocurrency company in the country through drummed-up charges.
-
The news media is closely following our case, which is tarnishing the United States’ reputation as a crypto-friendly jurisdiction.
With very best wishes,
