Hi Zapier,
Thank you for your interest in Unicoin!

Yet another company just started emulating the business model of Strategy, Inc., raising $51.5M in fresh capital:

I believe that there’s a smarter strategy and that it can greatly benefit our shareholders.
I’ll share it with you in my next update.
2/ During our recent Special Shareholder Meeting, two shareholders posed seemingly opposing questions:
-
“Would it not have been wiser to list Unicoin on crypto exchanges in early 2022, right after your successful $10M round, before the War on Crypto started?”
-
“Would it not have been wiser to hold off on promoting Unicoin until after the War on Crypto was over?”
Both questions implied that I could see the Future.
Alas, I don’t possess such a superpower.
Based on research and experience, I try to guess what’s likely to occur. But in early 2022, I had no way of knowing that the U.S. government would engage in an unconstitutional War on Crypto, resorting to gross abuse of power.
And in early 2024, I had no way of knowing that in a few months, the President-Elect would promise to end to that ignominious war and fire its leader.
So, in 2022, I decided to properly prepare Unicoin for a spectacularly successful ICO by amassing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of assets so that we could outspend all our competitors combined and seize a large share of the cryptocurrency market.
Had the SEC not prevented our public listings, we’d likely be a $10B+ company by now, and nobody would have been wondering if it’d have been better to rush to an ICO with poultry $10M of resources.
We all act on imperfect information and take risks. There’s just no other way.
For me, this basic reality of life is well illustrated by a fragment from The Bodyguard. If you watched this old (1992) movie, you may recall that the bodyguard (Kevin Costner) takes his client, a famous singer (Whitney Houston), to a secluded lake cabin to protect her from a dangerous stalker. In the morning, the bodyguard notices unexpected footprints and sees that the singer’s young son is starting an outboard boat. The bodyguard sprints to the lake, jumps, and kicks the boy in the freezing water. “You are out of your mind! You could have drowned him!” yells the singer, and there’s little doubt that she’d destroy his reputation, if the boat had not exploded seconds later. The movie takes turn toward a love story instead.
My point is, we often have to make decisions, not knowing whether the boat will explode or not:
