1/ Tomorrow is the last day for our shareholders to vote on the issues discussed on our Special Shareholder Meeting on December 5th.

Voting ends at 5 PM EST on Monday, December 15, 2025.

2/ Pivots and strategy adjustments may be prompted by positive and negative factors.

Our pivot from TransparentBusiness, for example, was necessitated by an unforeseen negative development: the global pandemic, which derailed our legislative strategy.

This time, the reason for the suggested strategy adjustment is quite positive: the SEC has finally released their guidelines of what it will not be considering securities. That opened a way for releasing unicoins as commodities not regulated by the SEC.

3/ Here’s one example of a strategy adjustment caused by a positive development, which occurred in my business earlier.

Much earlier. In the early ’90s.

I owned the Russian Exchange Bank at the time, specializing in facilitating financial transactions of commodity exchanges. But once the government permitted currency trading, the name and structure of my bank proved to be ideally suited for dominating the currency exchange market.

Today, I shared on LinkedIn the following photo/story from those times:

1991: I’m at the podium launching the USSR’s first currency auctions with the Prime Minister at the VIP table.

1992: Everything changed.
💥 My bank became the largest in Russia.
💥 I traveled on State Visits with the President.
💥 I was assigned 52 Presidential Guards.
💥 I moved into the State Residence of the President of the USSR.
💥 I got married in Toronto.
💥 I was kidnapped by the KGB in Budapest (and escaped).
💥 I started a new life in NYC by my 26th birthday.
