1/ We are getting many questions related to our Special Shareholder Meeting, scheduled for December 5th. Here are responses to some common questions:

Bibin Abraham Varghese asked, “Why is this an online meeting? Has the challenge of holding online meetings disappeared all of a sudden?” / No, the challenges did not disappear; I still strongly prefer in-person meetings where investors and our team members can easily communicate. But we are in the holiday season, and most shareholders have made their end-of-the-year travel plans long ago. It’s not realistic to expect that they would travel to our meeting on short notice. And delaying our ICO to give shareholders a longer notice would mean doing them a disservice.
He also asked, “What will be the consequences of changing our business model at this stage?” / This is precisely the subject of the discussion during our meeting. Obviously, the main consequence will be whether or not our coins will be considered securities.
“Will this affect the signed agreements with Coinholders?” / No. The issue is limited to the governance model of our coins and their legal status.
