1/ On an invitation by the President of the Senate, I was supposed to speak at the Madrid Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum in the Senate of Spain today.

I had to withdraw from this opportunity due to the lawfare campaign against Unicoin by some War on Crypto holdovers in the SEC.

This campaign has inflicted multi-billion-dollar damages to Unicoin investors, but will end as ingloriously as the War on Crypto itself.

2/ The SEC attack on Unicoin is shaping up as one of the most reported cases in the industry. “Everybody who’s somebody” has reported the SEC allegations. Now the media will discover that it was deliberately deceived by rogue SEC officials, so our efforts towards creating a fully compliant, audited and publicly reporting “Made in the USA” alternative to Bitcoin are likely to be widely reported.

John Reed Stark, former head of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Office of Internet Enforcement, forewarned about the risk of the War on Crypto being carried on by Gensler’s henchmen long after his departure:
