As you surely recall, TransparentBusiness may no longer promise any “essential managerial efforts” for Unicoin. Accordingly, we transferred such efforts to Unicoin Foundation.

Silvina, who was leading our branding and marketing efforts, today transitioned from TransparentBusiness to Unicoin Foundation.

Here’s her statement:

Dear Shareholders, Coinholders, and Members of the Unicoin Community,

Today, I am sharing an important leadership transition within the Unicoin ecosystem. Effective June 1, 2026, I have stepped down from my role as Chief Strategy Officer of Unicoin Inc. to assume the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Unicoin Foundation.

As a Co-Founder of Unicoin, this transition marks the next stage in our ecosystem’s evolution and allows me to dedicate my efforts to advancing the Foundation’s mission while supporting the path toward Unicoin’s planned ICO and long-term growth.

I am incredibly optimistic about the future. The digital assets industry is entering a new era. The emergence of a more constructive regulatory environment and the development of a clear crypto taxonomy are creating unprecedented opportunities for responsible innovation, broader participation, and long-term value creation. Unicoin is uniquely positioned to benefit from these developments.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to our shareholders, coinholders, supporters, partners, and community members. Your trust, loyalty, and conviction have carried us through one of the most challenging periods in the history of the digital asset industry.

Together, we have endured extraordinary adversity. Yet through every challenge, this community remained committed to the principles that have always defined Unicoin: transparency, innovation, resilience, and the belief that access to opportunity should not be limited to a privileged few.

What we have built together is remarkable.

The Foundation’s mission is to help expand that vision—bringing financial education, entrepreneurship, blockchain literacy, and broader participation in digital assets to new audiences worldwide. We believe the future of crypto will be built not only by traders and technologists, but by everyday people seeking greater ownership of their financial future.

I would also like to thank Alex Konanykhin for his leadership, vision, and partnership. It has been an extraordinary privilege to build Unicoin together and to help shape a company that has remained steadfast in its commitment to transparency and innovation.

While my responsibilities are evolving, my commitment to Unicoin and its community remains unchanged. I look forward to working closely with Alex, Robert, the Foundation’s Board, and all of you as we enter what I believe will be one of the most exciting chapters in our history.

History will not remember Unicoin for the challenges it faced. It will remember how this community responded—stronger, more transparent, more resilient, and more determined than ever to build a future where crypto creates opportunity for everyone.
