1/ On June 3rd, I announced a Special Shareholder Meeting to give our shareholders an opportunity to discuss with us the SEC’s actions against Unicoin and our plans for 2025.

To my surprise, only 22 shareholders (out of 4,200) have confirmed their attendance. Many investors have commented that my FOX Business interview, my daily updates, and our social media posts and responses provide sufficient information about the matter.

We booked a new venue in the Miami Beach area, best suited for a meeting of this size. If you are a shareholder who confirmed attendance, please check your email for the exact address.

2/ The response to our pre-meeting survey was far greater (632 shareholders), and I’m pleased to see that 85% of them find our communications satisfactory or “very clear”:
