Unicoin / settlement with the SEC

Hi Zapier,

Thank you for your interest in Unicoin!

1/ As the persecution of Unicoin by some War on Crypto holdovers has already inflicted multi-billion-dollar damages on Unicoin investors, several investors urged me to settle with the SEC. It’d minimize the damages to investors, they argued.
Any settlement would create a false impression that we were caught committing any violations, tarnishing our reputation, I pointed out to a few of them. “So what?,” responded one investor, “You must put investors’ interests over your own.”
That exchange reminded me of an old comedy sketch in which a crook asks his partner to fall down the hotel staircase, so that they both could sue the hotel for damages. “But I might break my neck!,” his partner protests. The first crook replies, “That’s a risk I’m willing to take.”
To all investors who are willing to take the risk of Silvina and me damaging our reputation, I have to clearly state: I don’t negotiate with extortionists or corrupt officials.
I was offered such negotiations many times in my life and always chose to fight for what’s right. And that is why I was granted political asylum in the United States for opposing corruption in Russia. And that is why I decisively won all three prior federal court cases in which the U.S. government trying to destroy me on crudely fabricated charges and received compensation from the Department of Justice.
Similarly, I intend to show in the federal court that some Gensler’s moles have deceived the SEC Commissioners, the media and the public. The SEC must be held accountable and compensate us for the damages caused by these actions.
2/ News media is starting to report our position.
Here’s one of the recent articles (Google-translated from Spanish):

3/ Some new subscribes to my newsletter are asking me to explain the business concept of Unicoin.
This video outlines it quite succinctly:
