“Some of the Unicoin investors keep asking me when we plan to remit unicoins to their digital wallets.

As I stated in my August 5 update, we must wait for the SEC regulation promised by the new SEC Chairman Paul Atkins. It’s crucial for us to make sure that unicoins would wall in the “not securites” category and could be traded on international crypto exchanges.

On July 31, Chairman Atkins stated that most cryptocurrencies are “not securities” and instructed the SEC to “swiftly develop” the new regulation, but it has not been released yet.“

Frustratingly, two months after Chairman Atkins’ instruction to “swiftly develop” the new regulation, we learnt that it’s still months away.

At the same time, in his statement this week, Chairman Atkins did provide clarity about his own vision of the upcoming regulation:

We are consulting with lawyers and other experts on the best way to make sure that we issue coins in a manner which will provide maximum possible liquidity, based on this new statement of Chairman Atkins.

I plan to share with you our conclusions early next week.
