1/ A couple of our investors asked me why I talk about SafeBets in my newsletter.
I do it as our company, TransparentBusiness Inc., previously known as Unicoin Inc., is a major minority shareholder of SafeBets, so the success of SafeBets would increase the shareholder value of our investors.
2/ Today’s the last day of the 10¢/share round for our current subscribers, and I received a few questions related to how SafeBets’ implied valuation of $100M (on all authorized 1B shares) compares with the valuation of Polymarket and Kalshi.
Polymarket is raising $400M at a $15B valuation, despite being banned in many countries and being sued by many states. The current round of SafeBets is at 1/150th of Polymarket’s valuation, despite our chances of overtaking both Polymarket and Kalshi due to the advantages of our business model.
Kalsh is reportedly raising funds at a $22B valuation. SafeBets’ no-gambling model gives us a chance to win “by default” in many countries.
Obviously, success is never guaranteed, and risks always exist.
3/ We are moving forward fast!
Today, we launched the live version of SafeBets.world
It has a very different design, suited for communicating with large audiences worldwide.
We plan to add Sports betting in May.
