1/ Our Annual Shareholder Meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2024.

Like our previous ASMs, it will take place in Miami Beach, FL. Our executive team will report on our 2023 results and our plans for 2024 and beyond.

A formal notice will be sent to all Unicoin shareholders by our Legal Department.

2/ The demand for crypto is growing fast!

For example, Bitcoin has grown in price by 53% since the beginning of this year and over 300% since the beginning of the last year.

Even the frog coin (PEPE) surged as much as 60% in the past 24 hours to extend weekly gains to over 370% amid a meme coin rally sparked by the likes of dogecoin (DOGE) and bonk (BONK).

This spike in demand, combined with our about $2B in sales since our 50¢/ú round started, forces us to adjust the Unicoin price accordingly.

We will close our 50¢/ú round on March 31, 2024.

The new pricing will be announced that day, to take into account the market dynamics at that time.

For those investors who’d like to buy unicoins before the price increase, I can recommend the following options:
– Buy Now, Pay Later 5-year deals secured by collateral;
– 5:1 leveraged purchase;
– Investing real estate at 140% of its appraised value.

3/ The crypto bull rally of recent days prompted me to request INX to accelerate the ICO of Unicoin. They completed the review of our ICO documentation and are working on tokenizing Unicoin.

4/ I reversed my decision to void the copper mine acquisition. We will keep it in our portfolio as its value is likely to grow considerably.
