1/ Umesh J., one of our investors, wrote to me this week, “Hi Alex, I have been following your mails etc and observe that the feedback is very confusing. Sometimes it indicate very positive and sometimes very negative on future and fate of unicoins.“

His message made me want to clarify that in my updates, I’m informing you about the recent developments, whether positive or negative. My updates are not comprehensive discussions of “the whole picture” as that’d be too bulky and repetitive.

Therefore, on some days, I talk about the challenges, on other days – about the progress and opportunities. I often discuss our strategies and explain the rationale behind them. My objective is to make sure that our investors know what we are doing to deliver a high return on investment for them.

The “big picture”, in broad strokes is the following:

In 2022, we correctly identified a huge opportunity and, by 2024, were ready to list Unicoin on the NYSE and crypto exchanges.
As a part of their unconstitutional War on Crypto, the SEC decided to destroy Unicoin and inflicted huge damage on our company.
Having won five litigations against the U.S. government, I’m confident that the crudely fabricated SEC case will implode. It won’t undo the past damage already inflicted.
Binance, Coinbase, Ripple, Microstrategy, and several other major crypto companies succeeded despite the adverse actions of the SEC, which were sweeping and aimed at suppressing the whole crypto industry in the United States.
We have over $3B in “real estate for unicoins” swap agreements and have a strategy of creating high value for our investors.
And nobody can guarantee the success, but Silvina, I, and our team are working hard because we see huge opportunities and play to win.
