1/ During the last several months, Silvina, I, and some other members of our executive team participated in discussions in Whatsapp group created by one of our investors and joined by about 160 more investors. I hope we’ve provided many informative responses.
Whatsapp is a great messenger, but it was not created for large group discussions. One major problem there is anonymity: it’s often hard to know who’s asking questions and who’s responding, as many group participants are identified only by phone numbers or initials or nicknames. It may lead to legal complications as the SEC does not like anonymous opinions on financial matters.
Whatsapp is not good at grouping messages related to the same question and has some other limitations. This is why I suggest using our https://www.linkedin.com/company/unicoins/ LinkedIn channel for investor discussions instead.
