Unicoin / investors’ comments

Hi Zapier,

Thank you for your interest in Unicoin!

Many investors are puzzled by the fraud allegations of the SEC. The LinkedIn post of Oded Amir below is a one of the examples. (Thank you, Oded for your support!)
There’s little mystery about why Gensler’s henchmen resorted to fabricating fraud charges against Unicoin: they had no other options to derail our ICO.
Fabricating a fraud case is much harder than destroying a crypto company by arguing that it failed to follow SEC regulations. That is why normally the SEC did not have to do the “heavy lifting” and would instead choose “the easy way” to crush crypto companies.
But Unicoin was the very last cryptocurrency company attacked by the SEC with a Wells Notice during its drive to suppress the U.S. crypto industry. The SEC issued the Notice in December of 2024, after President Trump had already promised to fire Chairman Gensler and end the War on Crypto.
That meant that a mere “regulation violations” case against Unicoin would not survive much beyond Inauguration Day, especially considering that we violated no regulations. Gensler’s henchmen had no choice but to fabricate fraud charges instead.
No mystery whatsoever.

I’m in Washington DC now, working on exposing this conspiracy to the Administration and the oversight agencies.

With very best wishes,
