1/ My report that Unicoin was tokenized and audited prompted several investors to inquire about our ICO date.

I’m pleased to inform you that

the ICO of Unicoinˣ

is scheduled for June 26.

Since rogue SEC officials blocked our 2024 ICO in the name of their ignominious War on Crypto, we have no choice but to use our non-U.S. affiliate.

We are still precluded from listing our U.S. unicoins. No new relevant pro-crypto regulation or laws have been enacted and the officials who accused us of doing an airdrop (the common marketing, done by the President’s $Trump coin and thousands of other companies) have not yet been fired.

Instead of remaining in a standstill imposed by anti-crypto officials, we will use crypto-friendly jurisdictions to move forward to the benefit of all our investors.

We plan to list Unicoinˣ (uˣ) at several crypto exchanges and we plan to announce such listings in the near future, jointly with the exchanges.

Unicoin International has negotiated a large volume of “real estate for unicoins” deals with international investors at 75¢/ú. We expect its price to increase greatly as we deploy the resulting resources to increase Unicoin’s brand value.

Success can never be guaranteed, but the crypto market is very favorable now, the pro-crypto policies seem to be irreversible, and institutional investors are entering the crypto market en masse. We’ve survived the Crypto Winter and the War on Crypto; it’s finally time to take advantage of the favorable market conditions!
