The meeting was convened to provide shareholders an opportunity to engage with our executives about the impact of the SEC’s actions on Unicoin.
While I have extensively covered this topic in the updates available at u.site/persecution, I believe that face-to-face interaction would further enhance understanding.
Today’s discussion is best suited for an in-person meeting, as online formats tend to resemble webinars rather than fostering live interactions.
For shareholders unable to attend, we will distribute a meeting report via email.
There are no issues on today’s agenda that require a shareholder vote.
