1/ After seeing that my keynote preceded that of SEC Chairman Atkins, many investors asked me if I had an opportunity to talk to him during the Summit.
Alas, federal regulations prohibit me or any other representative of Unicoin from approaching him or any other SEC Commissioner or member of their staff.
The mirror restriction applies to Chairman Atkins, his fellow Commissioners and their staff. That is, if I tried to talk to him, he had to refuse.
A bizarre rule, in my opinion. Created to preclude influencing of Commissioners by the entities targeted by the Division of Enforcement, it creates the situation where corrupt officials of the Gensler’s era continue their conspiracies without any oversight.
2/ We did have the right to talk to the SEC’s Director of Enforcement, but she refused to talk to us. She and her staff have never responded to our request for a meeting.
Good riddance, Meg Ryan!
Appointed by Chairman Atkins to restore the Rule of Law after the gross abuses of power committed under the previous Chairman, Meg Ryan ended up continuing the dirtiest of the lawfare attacks of the War on Crypto.
By refusing to meet with us, she turned a blind eye to Gensler’s henchmen’s conspiracy to destroy Unicoin, the only compliant, audited, and public reporting cryptocurrency company in the United States.
As a result, the ongoing persecution of Unicoin will continue to tarnish the SEC’s reputation, undermining the President’s and Chairman Atkin’s efforts to turn America into the Crypto Capital of the World.
3/ Anyway, I’m confident that Gensler’s henchmen will lose.
Unicoin is becoming legendary for its resilience and innovations.
It will be known as The Smart Coin for Smart People:
