1/ I received multiple inquiries in regard to our Annual Shareholder Meeting, scheduled to take place on March 28th in Miami Beach. Here are the answers to the most recurring questions:

There are no matters which would require a vote of shareholders on this meeting. It is our annual reporting meeting, with a review of our 2024 results and the discussion of our 2025 plans.
The invitation to shareholders was sent out today.
We do plan to provide a detailed summary of the meeting to all shareholders.

2/ Despite the drop of major financial indexes, the demand for crypto remains strong. Here’s one recent example, which also illustrates the radical pro-crypto change of the attitude of the U.S. Administration:
