1/ Please note that my announcement of our Agreement to acquire the control of DiamondLake is just the beginning of our expansion into the Digital Asset Treasury business.

We still have to finalize all closing formalities and start building a portfolio of the high-potential alt-coins. We selected DiamondLake out of many options due to the synergies we have with their tokenization business.

While it’s encouraging to see the growth of the DiamondLake stock, we don’t plan to sell our stake in DiamondLake in the foreseeable future or trade it for other securities. We see our partnership with DiamondLake as a long-term strategic relationship.

2/ Tomorrow, I’m moving to the Washington, DC area, to focus on ending the SEC persecution of Unicoin.

The Trump Administration promised to fire anti-crypto crusaders, and my objective is to present to the Administration a clear argument why the SEC persecution of Unicoin is probably the most grotesque example of gross abuses of power committed by Gary Gensler’s henchmen.

Our attorneys permitted me to disclose their May 31 memo on the deficiencies of the SEC case.

As you surely remember, the SEC persecuted many leaders of the crypto market, including Coinbase, which is now the best-performing stock in the S&P 500.
