1/ Quite a few investors have contacted us after my announcement of our intent to do international re-structuring to overcome the draconian limitations imposed on cryptocurrencies in the USA.

Some investors even promoted their countries as the ideal domicile of non-U.S. operations of Unicoin.

While we’ve made no final decision about the restructuring, I’m working on the recommendations to our Board and Special Shareholder Meeting and, as of now, I’m leaning towards using the advantages of Crypto Valley of Switzerland.

Instead of trying to suppress the crypto businesses, Canton of Zug boasts of being the birthplace of Ethereum and other prominent crypto businesses:
