Yesterday, several investors asked me to comment on the recent tweet by Uniswap founder and the resulting articles. Here we go:

In my updates, I often remind all subscribers that I cannot guarantee success.

But there are some things that I can guarantee. For example, I can guarantee false statements about Unicoin popping up on the Internet as we scale up.

It’s unavoidable. Hate speech is common on the Web, and creating a leading cryptocurrency may not be accomplished without jealous competitors, conspiracy theorists, and extortionists attacking us.

For example, Hayden Adams is upset about the Securities and Exchange Commission investigating his Uniswap exchange:

Mr Adams expressed his frustration in various tweets, including the one where he attacked Unicoin for our brand visibility in New York City:

As you can see, Mr. Adams complained that Unicoin has the same “UNI-” prefix as Uniswap.

He probably thinks that the entire UNIverse wants to pretend to be associated with his pink brand:

Mr. Adams is a classic example of a whiny, jealous competitor, but I don’t object to his right to vent his frustration. I believe in Freedom of Speech, however ill-informed or mean-spirited.

Based on Adam’s tweet, CityAM published an article in which Unicoin was falsely described as a crime ring. That was actionable libel and people who seek to inflict damage maliciously must pay compensation.

I have won multi-million dollar libel suits before, and I will protect our company’s reputation with the same vigor.

Thus, I instructed our attorneys to seek judicial redress. CityAM chose to remove the libelous article immediately. We now seek full compensation for the damages.

I don’t intend to address every false claim that may pop up on the Web. Instead, I try to clearly state our objectives, explain our strategy, and report our progress to you.
