1/ We are recieving many questions about the new position of the SEC on crypto.

While I see the change of the SEC position as very positive and monumental, we and the rest of the crypto industry, have to wait for the new regulation to be developed and published.

The SEC reportedly promised to develop the new crypto-friendly regulations “swiftly”, but they did not provide a more specific deadline.

2/ The positive regulatory changes seem to be irreversible as they are driven by the consistent pro-crypto position of President Trump, whose Administration just released the following Fact Sheet:

2/ We do expect that these profound changes will put the end to persecution of Unicoin and other remaining War on Crypto actions initiated by Biden’s SEC.

We have interest from investment banks to facilitate our exchange listing once it happens.

3/ Due to the large volume of questions related to these monumental political changes, I extend until the end of next week the opportunity to purchase Unicoin shares at 50% discount to its previous public fundraising round:
