Hi First name,
Thank you for your interest in Unicoin!
Ritin Singh commented yesterday on my recent LinkedIn post, that are some “ambulance chasers” looking into a possibility of suing Unicoin.
“Ambulance chasing” is prohibited in the United States but there are lawyers who try to piggyback on government lawsuits.
I think that they serve a legitimate societal function. If you suffer due to wrongful actions of others, you should have options to seek compensation.
Any investor who feels that he or she was wronged by our company, shall, in my opinion, consult with reputable lawyers.
Frankly, I am unaware of any legitimate grounds for such legal action at this time. We have been transparent with all investors about our opportunities, risks, strategies, achievements, and challenges. While many investors were understandably disturbed by the SEC’s allegations against Unicoin, I promptly demonstrated the falsity of the SEC allegations and shared our comprehensive Motion to Dismiss.
If you are worried that we may waste our funds on settling frivolous lawsuits for “nuisance value”, be assured that it’s not going to happen. I have never paid extortionists and have no intention of starting to do so. I lave a long record of vigorously and successfully protecting my rights. I have won all five prior lawsuits against the U.S. government, and many business lawsuits, including a record-setting judgment in Virginia’s history.
Let me reiterate, if you genuinely feel we wronged you, do consult your lawyers!
We’ve tried and, I believe, succeeded in being the most transparent and compliant cryptocurrency company in the country. And though we became the very last target in the SEC’s notorious War on Crypto, we work on alleviating the enormous damage inflicted on our investors by Gary Gensler’s henchmen.
Gensler’s SEC forced us to move many operations out of the United States. If we succeed there, we plan to distribute part of the profits to those Unicoin USA investors who supported our efforts.
Wishing you a pleasant weekend,
Sincerely,
Alex Konanykhin

P.S.: My updates focus on our journey towards becoming a publicly-traded company and on our efforts to turn our Unicoin into a major cryptocurrency. These updates are not intended to serve as financial advice or to replace our official reports filed with the SEC. Please note that I cannot possibly answer all the questions myself, so your response to this message may be processed by members of our Investor Relations team. “Unicoin USA” term is occasionally used for Unicoin Inc., a Delaware corporation.
