Hi First name,
Thank you for your continued interest in Unicoin!
“Can you explain why, for Unicoin, the road to ICO is four years long, when most cryptocurrencies ICO as soon as they are created?” asked me one of our shareholders after my announcement of the September 28th ICO date.
The answer is very simple: because most cryptocurrencies fail.
Over 2 million cryptocurrencies that have been created and launched across various decentralized and centralized exchanges. Almost all of them have failed.
Major cryptocurrency tracking websites like CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko actively track around 10,000 to 15,000 cryptocurrencies with meaningful trading volume and market capitalization, meaning that over 99% are dead or worthless.
We were not aiming for “an ICO”, our objective was drastically different: to make Unicoin the leading cryptocurrency, as we discussed in the vimeo.com/947570992 video.
And such a task required proper funding and preparation. Within two years after our launch, we’ve outperformed all cryptocurrencies combined in pre-ICO fundraising and, in early 2024, announced our upcoming listing on the New York Stock Exchange and crypto exchanges.
Corrupt SEC officials delayed Unicoin launch by two years though dirty War on Crypto lawfare and destroying the entire value of the company; we had to start anew. Then, last November, the new SEC regulation forced us to transfer all “essential managerial efforts” to Unicoin Foundation.
The Foundation now has the strategy designed to make Unicoin the most valuable cryptocurrency.
Maria Pollino described this journey in a two-minute interview:
Wishing you a pleasant weekend,
Sincerely,
