I’m receiving many questions in regard to the SEC persecution of Unicoin.

Here are my answers to some common questions:

1/ Is it a “game over” moment?

Far from it.

We are on the quest to create a trillion-dollar cryptocurrency and nobody has promised us “smooth sailing”, with favorable winds all the way.

Challenges are expected, maybe even unavoidable. I know that first-hand: it’s the forth time the U.S. government tries to persecute me. I won the previous three cases, decisively, and I intend to prevail again:

2/ “So, I have nothing to worry about?”

Unfortunately, this is not the case either.

The SEC lawfare has already stalled our public exit by a year, inflicting multi-billion-dollar damages to our company and precluding cashing out for our investors.

Unlawful government persecution is a huge risk factor. Once the government proved to be willing to fabricate false charges, it can come up with any falsehood. The rogue investigators can chose to accuse me of ax murdering gradmothers, assassinating JFK, and defrauding Social Security. They will continue spreading false allegations against the United States. They will continue spending millions of dollars to make sure that your unicoins become worthless.

“Any jerk with a machine gun can ruin your entire afternoon,” and the SEC has very big guns. So, their gross abuse of power is a huge risk factor for all our investors.

3/ “Will you cancel the ICO of Unicoinˣ?“

Absolutely not.

The crypto market is at its all-time high, and we will take advantage of crypto-friendly jurisdictions while the new Administration deals with the moles planted by Gary Gensler.

We’d like to create a huge value for our investors despite the opposition from some War on Crypto holdovers.

4/ “How soon will the lawsuit be resolved?”

Unfortunately, it may take years.

Ripple lawsuit took five years, for example.

5/ “Why is SEC so determined to damage Unicoin?“
